Michael joined the team in 2017 after five years of working closely with Dunham+Company as a client, serving as the Chief Operating and Marketing Officer of a large Christian family ministry. Today he helps connect organizations with the resources and thought leadership available at Dunham+Company to increase their outreach, effectiveness, and impact.

Michael is an accomplished business development and media executive with more than 25 years of experience. His expertise involves leading organizations in the ideation and execution of successful integrated marketing, broadcast and digital media, and fundraising strategies that fuel growth. He has served in top leadership roles in the financial, publishing, ministry, nonprofit, and media industries and produced more than 50 talk radio programs broadcast on-air and online around the world.

“MT” is passionate about leveraging traditional and contemporary communication platforms to bring people together, aligning opportunity and capacity for clients, and sharing the gospel with a global audience.

He earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California Santa Barbara and holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Management and Marketing. MT and his wife have three sons.
